“Too often we underestimate the power of touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around”. – Leo Buscalgia
With my clients, it is the time taken to look at the whole picture, understanding the complete background to a pain condition or health challenge, that creates the foundation for healing to happen. To enable them to trace what may have triggered their discomfort in the firstplace and look at what may help resolve this. Then the condition can really shift.

Love this post, so true and and think the power of touch is so under-estimated.
Hello there – I’m constantly searching for good blogs and sites relating to Active Release Techniques and wellness overall. The chiropractor I see locally here uses A.R.T.and he has really helped specifically when I mix that with massage therapy. It’s hard to find a good clinic – how can you evaluate who’s good and who isn’t? Other than patient testimonials and such – would be nice to have a checklist or something like that to save lots of time with bad practitioners. Thanks for your time.
